GeoRoll

Privacy Policy

Last updated: November 2, 2026

This policy explains what information GeoRoll collects, how we use it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

Business details you give us: when you fill out our forms, we collect your business name, website, contact details, services, and the other answers you provide.
Payment details: payments are handled by Stripe. GeoRoll never sees or stores your full card number.
Emails: if you email us, we keep the conversation so we can help you.
Public business information: for our free AI checks, we use information businesses publish themselves, such as a business name, website, and public contact email.

To build and publish your GeoRoll profile and listings.
To ask AI search tools the questions your customers ask, and report the results to you.
To send you reports, receipts, and messages about your service.
To send a small number of business emails about our service to publicly listed business addresses. Every one of these emails includes a way to opt out, and we honor opt-outs.

We don’t sell your information.

We share information only with the services that help us run GeoRoll:

Stripe, for payments.
Tally, for our forms.
GitHub, which hosts this website.
AI search tools such as ChatGPT, which receive your business name and customer questions when we check your visibility.
Our email provider, to send messages.

Your profile page is public by design. Your report page is private: it’s hidden from search engines, but anyone with its link can open it.

Ask us to correct or delete your information at any time.
After you cancel, we’ll remove your profile page within 7 days if you ask us to.
To stop our business emails, use the opt-out link in any email, or email us.

We may update this policy. We’ll email active clients before any important change takes effect.
